Welcome to CEE Signature Solutions LLC (“CEE Signature Solutions,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, communications, and services. By accessing our website, requesting services, submitting information, or engaging CEE Signature Solutions LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

CEE Signature Solutions LLC provides professional and administrative services that may include:

• Residential and Commercial Property Support

• Short- and Mid-Term / Furnished Rental Management

• Mobile Notary Services

• Loan Signing Services

• Field and Property Inspections

• Business Consulting

• Transportation Logistics and Consulting

• Administrative and Operational Support

Specific services, pricing, responsibilities, deliverables, and scope of work may be governed by a separate written agreement, management agreement, service order, engagement letter, invoice, or other contract.

If the terms of a separately executed written agreement conflict with these website Terms, the separately executed agreement will control for that engagement.

2. Property Management Services

Property management services may include tenant communication, lease administration, property inspections, maintenance and vendor coordination, rental management, administrative support, and other services agreed upon with the property owner or authorized representative.

Property owners remain responsible for obligations assigned to them under applicable law and their individual property management agreement.

CEE Signature Solutions LLC does not guarantee property occupancy, rental income, tenant performance, property appreciation, or investment returns.

3. Furnished, Short- and Mid-Term Rental Management

Rental management services may include listing support, guest communication, reservation coordination, turnover coordination, vendor communication, inspections, and other operational services.

Bookings, occupancy levels, nightly or monthly rates, platform rankings, guest reviews, and rental revenue are affected by factors outside our control. Therefore, no specific occupancy, revenue, or financial result is guaranteed.

Third-party booking platforms may maintain their own terms, cancellation policies, fees, and requirements.

4. Mobile Notary & Loan Signing Services

CEE Signature Solutions LLC provides mobile notary and loan signing services in accordance with applicable laws and notarial requirements.

Notary services do not constitute legal advice. Unless independently authorized by law, we cannot select legal documents for clients, determine which type of notarization a document requires, prepare legal documents, or advise a signer regarding the legal effect of a document.

Signers are responsible for providing acceptable identification and meeting applicable notarization requirements.

A notarization or loan signing appointment does not guarantee that a document will be accepted, recorded, funded, approved, or considered legally sufficient by another party.

5. Field & Property Inspections

Field and property inspection services are observational and administrative in nature unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

These services are not intended to replace inspections performed by licensed home inspectors, engineers, environmental professionals, code officials, appraisers, or other specialized professionals when such expertise is required.

Reports reflect observable conditions and information available at the time of the inspection.

6. Business Consulting

Business consulting services may include operational support, process improvement, administrative consulting, business strategy, and related professional guidance.

Consulting recommendations are based on the information available at the time services are provided.

CEE Signature Solutions LLC does not guarantee specific revenue, profitability, business growth, financing, contracts, customers, or other business outcomes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, our consulting services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

7. Transportation Logistics & Consulting

Transportation logistics services may include dispatching support, route planning, load-management assistance, carrier support, administrative coordination, and transportation-related consulting.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, CEE Signature Solutions LLC does not act as a motor carrier or freight broker and does not take possession or physical control of freight.

Carriers and other transportation providers remain responsible for maintaining their own operating authority, insurance, licenses, permits, safety compliance, equipment, drivers, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

CEE Signature Solutions LLC does not guarantee loads, rates, revenue, routes, carrier acceptance, delivery schedules, or profitability.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform requested services.

Clients are responsible for reviewing documents, agreements, reports, invoices, and other information provided by CEE Signature Solutions LLC and notifying us promptly of errors or concerns.

Clients must have legal authority to request services relating to any property, transaction, company, document, or account involved in an engagement.

9. Pricing & Payment

Pricing varies depending on the type, scope, location, complexity, and duration of services requested.

Applicable pricing and payment requirements may be provided through an estimate, invoice, service agreement, property management agreement, signing order, or other written communication.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice or service agreement.

Clients are responsible for authorized charges associated with services they request.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary by service.

Any service-specific cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or refund terms provided in a written agreement, booking confirmation, invoice, or service order will govern that transaction.

Fees may be nonrefundable once services have been performed, travel has occurred, appointments have been attended, work has commenced, or expenses have been incurred, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable service agreement.

11. Third-Party Services

CEE Signature Solutions LLC may interact with or recommend third-party vendors, contractors, booking platforms, title companies, lenders, transportation providers, maintenance professionals, technology providers, or other independent businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third parties are independent from CEE Signature Solutions LLC.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, availability, pricing, performance, or services of independent third parties.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

We therefore do not guarantee specific business outcomes, property occupancy, rental revenue, financing decisions, document acceptance, loan funding, transportation revenue, search-engine rankings, or other particular results unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Information submitted through our website or during the course of providing services will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and Privacy Policy.

Clients should avoid submitting highly sensitive information through unsecured website forms, text messages, or email unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure method.

You may not use our website or services to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
